Rose Fry

Rose Fry, 69, of Frankfort, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 11, 2020, surrounded by her family.  She was born July 23, 1951 in Weslaco, TX to Jesus Martinez & Consuelo (Procel) Castoreno.  She married Paul D. Fry on May 12, 1973 in Logansport, Ind. and he survives.

Rose was a 1971 graduate of Frankfort High School and lived most of her life in Clinton County.  She was monitor and librarian at Frankfort Covenant Academy, and was a bilingual paraprofessional at Kyger Grade School in Frankfort for over 20 years.  Rose was a member of the Frankfort Bible Holiness Church since 1977 and taught Sunday School there. She loved her grandchildren, flowers, windchimes, and was known as the family archivist.

Rose is survived by her husband:  Paul D. Fry of Frankfort, 2 daughters:  Tami (Davin) Fry Biddle of rural Frankfort, and Debbie (Greg) Fry George of Evart, MI, 2 sons:  Dr. David (Sarah) Fry of Frankfort and Alex Fry of Frankfort, 3 brothers:  Tony Castoreno of Frankfort, Servando Martinez of Decatur, Ind., John Martinez of Lafayette, 6 sisters:  Mary Lou Nunez of Richmond, Ind., Consuelo Martinez of Frankfort, Aurora Mary Hillman of Frankfort, Maggie Kriley of El Paso, TX, Ofelia Fuentes of TX, Dolores Torrez of Fort Wayne, Ind. and 11 Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Marie Martinez and a brother, Jesse Martinez

Funeral Services:

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort.  Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, October 15, 2020 at Frankfort Bible Holiness Church, 1947 W. Barner St., Frankfort.  Services will be officiated by her son, Dr. David Fry.  The service will be livestreamed at FBHChurch.com.  Burial will follow the service in Bunnell Cemetery.  Memorial donations may be made to WECARE or One80 Recovery, c/o Paul Fry, 655 W.
