Rossville lost to Lafayette Central Catholic in a hard fought battle Saturday evening by the score of 65-40.
Rossville came out shooting and leading early but Central Catholic quickly turned things around. missed shots and turnovers hurt the Hornets.
Top scorers for Rossville were Charlie Thompson with 8 points, Luke Royer 7, Matthew Ford and Gabe Freeman had 6 points each.
LCC top scorer was Tanner Fields with 21 points.
Rossville’s JV team also fell to Lafayette Central Catholic 60-49.
Top scorers for Rossville were Lukas Saylor with 14 points,Jordan Skiles 12, and Brody Skinner with 11 points.
Rossville’s head coach is Cory Dunn.
JV coach is Brent Tonsoni.
Rossville will play Monday Dec 19th (Indiana Kitchen Classic) tourney at home against North Montgomery at 7:30 pm.
