Community members have been invited to delve into the world of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory as the Rossville Hivemind Theatre Troupe takes the stage for its 2025 Children’s Play tomorrow, April 11.
The adaptation of Roald Dahl’s classic will come to life on stage for one day only, tomorrow, April 11 with elementary student matinees at 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. with the community performance set for 7 p.m. at Rossville Schools.
The play features a mix of performers from 4th grade to 12th grade who will aspire to illustrate the whimsical journey through Willy Wonka’s factory that promises fun for audiences of all ages. The production, directed by Jason Newhouser, will run for approximately 75 minutes and features colorful costumes, enchanting sets and plenty of surprises for audience members.
