Residential mortgage lender Ruoff Mortgage announced that Laura Mullen was the top loan originator for their Lafayette office for the year of 2020. The top spot in each branch office is based on the number of closed loans during the year. She was also named Most Improved Originator companywide for the year of 2020. This is an award that is selected from more than 400 sales staff members. Laura closed 215 units for almost $34 million in volume and a customer satisfaction rating of 99.6%. Ruoff is also now the #1 Purchase Lender in Clinton County, according to Marketrac.
Mullen has been in the mortgage industry for 20 years and is celebrating her three year anniversary with Ruoff this summer. Laura is involved in the Frankfort community as a member of the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity, the Frankfort Education Foundation and the Community Foundation of Clinton County.
She is currently working out of Ruoff’s new Frankfort office located at 1356 E. Wabash St. There is a ribbon cutting and open house planned for May 18 at the new office.
