Senate Bill One Passed In Indiana

After ten days of strong disagreements and intense debates Indiana General Assembly passed Senate Bill One into law late Friday. The new law will ban nearly all abortions in the state with few exceptions. After more than four hours of closing debates, the Indiana Senate voted to pass the Senate Bill 28 to 19. With Governor Holcomb already having signed the bill the new law will officially take effect in just a little over one month from now.
