The Deputies of the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office took a male suspect into custody Friday. This was a several month investigation of a burglary that occurred in June 2017 on County Road 200 South in Clinton County just south of Frankfort.
Arrested was 25-year-old Ace L. Frank of Chicago. He was charged with Burglary, Theft and two counts of Home Improvement Fraud. He is currently being held in the Clinton County Jail pending bond.
