Clinton County Sheriff Rich Kelly has released a statement concerning his office facing a lawsuit from the Clinton County Commissioners. Kelly says this will never deter him from doing what he thinks is right. The complete audio statement is below:
Commissioners filed a two count lawsuit last Friday concerning the use and disbursement of commissary funds and included a restraining order on interference with Indiana State Police or the State Board of Accounts investigations.
