The Shine 99 Woman’s Fair has been postponed. The event was scheduled for 5 to 9 PM tonight at the Elite Banquet & Conference Center in Kokomo.
Out of an abundance of caution, Kaspar Media decided to reschedule the event. The Coronavirus (COVID-19) is now in the Kokomo Area.

Shine 99 is planning to reschedule the event for the same location on Thursday May 21 at Elite Banquet and Conference Center in Kokomo.
