Heavy mixed precipitation possible. Total snow accumulations more than 6 inches and ice accumulations over a tenth of an inch are possible. There remains some uncertainty on the path of the storm which could impact precipitation types and amounts.
Also with this storm windy weather will lead to widespread blowing and drifting snow and near/record cold temperatures.
The National Weather Service says some areas will get 6-9 inches with some potentially getting up to 12 or more inches.
It looks like precipitation will come in two main rounds: one Wednesday and the other late Wednesday night into Thursday. WLFI Meteorologist David Siple will be joining Kevin Keith on Partyline tomorrow morning at 9 am.
