The Town of Kirklin has released information regarding a water leak on the east side of 421 north of town in front of the field that may affect a very small number of customers in the area today, March 28.
The Town stated that it is a natural leak and was not caused by a contractor. The water leak is reportedly being fixed, and a valve was required to be shut off in order to fix the leak.
A crew member has been knocking on doors in the area to ensure that those who have been affected are aware of the situation, but at as of 12:45 p.m., only two homes and Dollar General were reportedly affected.
Town Hall closed at noon today, so those who are affected are asked to contact Drew at 765-480-0390 instead of the Town Hall office.
