Families looking for a way to cool off this summer won’t have to wait much longer. and the officially open for the season this Saturday, May 23.
The Prairie Creek Park Splash Pad will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., weather permitting, and admission is free for all visitors.
Sapphire Bay will operate daily from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., weather permitting. Daily admission is $7, while children ages 2 and under are admitted free.
Visitors can also take advantage of morning water walking sessions offered Monday through Friday from 10:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. Admission for water walking is $3. Participants must be age 13 or older, and anyone ages 13–16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. Swimming is not permitted during water walking hours.
Season passes are available for $75, while family passes are $250 with additional family members costing $25 each. Cabana rentals are also available, including half-day rentals for $50 and full-day rentals for $75.
