Stanley Lee Younger, 73, of Frankfort, passed away January 2, 2022 at IU Health Arnett Hospital in Lafayette. He was born on February 19, 1948 in Clinton County to Jesse Lee and Charity Ann (Huffer) Younger. He had previously been married to Mari Jean Ottinger.
Stan was a 1966 graduate of Frankfort Senior High School. He had worked for Piemonte Foods, Mallory Controls, and retired from Donaldson Co. all in Frankfort. Stan was a Cubs fan, enjoyed estate sales, garage sales, craft shows, anything Christmas related, flowers, and trains, but most of all loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Surviving are his Daughters: Nicole Brock (Mike), Angie (Dorval) Howe, and Shasta Younger (Matt) all of Frankfort; Grandchildren: Sierra (Rusty) Hensley, Shania Brock, Skyler Brock, Jimmy Wessell IV, Richard Brown, Haden Heavilon, and Blake Heavilon. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister: Marcia Younger, and grandson: Keith Cameron Smith.
A Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, January 10, 2022 at Archer-Weston Funeral & Cremation Center, 501 East Clinton Street, Frankfort. Friends may visit from Noon until the time of service on Monday at the funeral home. The family asks that masks be worn for services. Burial will follow in Bunnell Cemetery.
