CARROLL COUNTY, Ind. – Indiana Department of Transportation maintenance crews will conduct seal coat operations on State Road 218 between State Road 75 and State Road 29 starting on or after Monday, September 21.
Scrub seal operations will take place for approximately three days during the hours of 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Motorists should seek alternate routes, with the recommended detour being State Road 29, State Road 18 and State Road 75.
