With all the hot and very warm weather at the Clinton County 4-H Fair this week, three individuals found a way to cool off Tuesday.
Hot and humid with high heat indices are forecast Thursday through Sunday this week. Heat index values will be near 110 on Thursday and Friday afternoon. Fair visitors are advised to stay hydrated and avoid the heat as much as possible the remainder of the week. Night time lows will remain in the mid to upper 70s.
