The City of Frankfort is alerting residents to a pair of street closures that will impact travel on Wednesday.
The Sewer Department will have West Boone Street closed between 5th Street and 6th Street for the entire day as crews complete necessary work in the area.
In addition, the Street Department will close Barner Street between Railroad Street and Gentry Street. Drivers are advised to avoid this area and use alternate routes.
Motorists are asked to plan ahead, allow extra travel time, and exercise caution when traveling near work zones.
