The Jobs for Life Initiative is now accepting applications for Jobs for Life students. The Jobs for Life class, sponsored by area churches and local businesses, is a faith based program that equips men and women to find employment by learning the necessary skills required for employment such as completing a vocational plan, meeting with local employers, being prepared for job interviews, creating a professional resume, and learning God’s plan for your life.
Classes begin Tuesday, September 18, 6:30 p.m. at the First Evangelical Presbyterian Church, 352 West Clinton Street, Frankfort. Classes will continue each Tuesday and Thursday nights through November 8.
Applications can be picked up at The Clinton County Chamber of Commerce at 62 North Main Street, Frankfort or the First Evangelical Presbyterian Church at 352 West Clinton Street. There is no charge to students for attending classes.
