Suncrest Elementary School has announced its latest project to help decorate the central office to align with the celebration of Día de los Muertos.
The school invited multilingual families in the community with a connection to Suncrest to help with putting together a display case at the central office with the theme of Día de los Muertos, which will be celebrated on Nov. 1 through Nov. 2.
Students have been tasked with creating numerous crafts this week, but the school is seeking to personalize the display case even more by having pictures of students and their families celebrating the holiday also on display.
Families comfortable with their picture being printed and displayed at the central office are encouraged to email Mrs. Fresch with a picture at [email protected].
