erry L. Moudy, 69, formerly of Frankfort, died February 23, 2018, at his home in Catalina, AZ after a long battle with cancer. He was born in Frankfort on July 27, 1948, to William (Bill) and Edith Horner Moudy. He married Doris Sleek on August 11, 1967, and they later divorced. He then married Rosalie (Rayn) Simmonds on March 2, 1991 in Frankfort and she survives.
Terry attended Frankfort High School. He worked at Federal Mogul and Frito Lay in Frankfort and retired from the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office in Phoenix, AZ. He lived in Phoenix & Tucson, AZ; Maryville, TN; and Shelbyville, Franklin, and Frankfort, IN.
Family: Rayn Moudy of Tucson. 3 Sons: Todd Moudy of Kingston, TN, Chris (Mary) Moudy of Frankfort, and Rich (JoEllen) McGee of Nashville, IN. 10 Granddaughters: Alisha, Heather, Lindsay, and Jessica Moudy of Kingston, TN; Chloe Moudy of Frankfort; Morgan, Mackenzie, and Maddison of Rushville; and Lilly Chandler and Whitney Owens of Nashville, IN. 3 Grandsons: Matthew and Max Moudy of Frankfort and Wyatt McGee of Nashville, IN. 1 Great Grandchild: Travis Paul Jr. of Tennessee.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters: Donna Reid and Karen Bower and one daughter Lisa McGee.
A Celebration of Life will be from 1-3 p.m. on Saturday, March 17, 2018, at Faith Family Church in Frankfort, IN. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Clinton County Humane Society or Paw Pals of Clinton County in Terry’s name.
