The Andersons, Inc. has announced that it will be establishing a distribution center in Delphi in the Hoosier Heartland Industrial Park in the near future.
The Andersons, Inc. is described as a leading diversified company rooted in agriculture and will be joining the Delphi Hoosier Heartland Industrial Park with a new distribution center designed to replace a nearby facility. The new distribution center will be strategically located near the company’s manufacturing operations, and the facility be on a long-term lease.
Vice President and General Manager of Contract and Carrier Manufacturing for The Andersons, Inc. Kelly Bodway commented about the company’s decision to invest in the Hoosier Heartland Industrial Park will allow for the company to streamline its operations even more.
“We are pleased to be able to partner with Carroll County, Indiana, to bring this new distribution center to the Hoosier Heartland Industrial Park,” Bodway said. “The facility’s central location will enable us to effectively support our customers and offers the opportunity to continue to grow our business.”
According to the company, the new distribution center is expected to be operational by the end of 2024 to support The Andersons, Inc.’s cob and paper-based products production and distribution to the lab, pet and industrial markets.
