The Caring Center in Boone County has released its March needs for the food pantry as it strives to continue providing “a chance for everyone” in 2025.
The organization stated that around one out of every 20 people living in Boone County is experiencing food insecurity, and donating to local food pantries is one means of aiding neighbors in their times of need.
The center stated that donations may be received by dropping off the items at Great Lakes Ace Hardware, Habitat for Humanity Retail Store, St. Alphonsus Catholic Church or The Caring Center. Donations may be dropped off at the locations during their normal business locations.
Donations may also be purchased online and shipped directly to The Caring Center at 1230 Ransdell Court in Lebanon.
