In response to the change in status for COVID reporting to RED for Clinton County, The Farmers Bank Main Office will once again be extending drive-up banking hours from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday. This change is to increase alternatives for customers conducting their banking locally. This change is effective immediately and will remain in effect for an indefinite period of time. This change will only impact the Frankfort Main office in Clinton County.
We continually strive to ensure the safety of our customers and employees during these unprecedented times. To facilitate faster service in the drive-up, we recommend all customers have their transactions prepared in advance. This includes making sure to send all necessary documents, and identification with your transaction to shorten the wait time for all of our customers.
We continue to remind customers of the variety of options available to conduct their banking business. Mobile banking, mobile deposit, night depository services, ATM deposits and withdrawals, and online banking, are just a few of the options that allow you to conduct your banking beyond your local branch hours. Additional measures currently offered by our branch team to expedite the customer experience:
- Contacting businesses who have gone back to using the drive-up for conducting their transactions and reminding them they can schedule entrance into the lobby to conduct their business, including night drop services.
- During peak times, having employees “work” the parking lot to determine if the customer has alternatives and expedite their wait by ensuring they are prepared (identification, multiple transactions, etc.).
- Identifying non-customer transactions for future protocol changes after lobby access is no longer restricted.
- Continuing to educate customers on available options
