Thelma “Jean” Cuk, 100, passed away peacefully on October 17, 2023, at Milner Community Health Care in Rossville.
Jean was born July 22, 1923, in Frankfort, to Clinton H. and Georgia (Dill) Myers. Jean worked at Frye Funeral Home in the early ‘80s and as Office Manager at Genda Funeral Home until her retirement in 2018. She enjoyed spending time with her card-playing friends at Paul Phillippe Resource Center.
Surviving Jean are her two nieces, Brook Ellen Blevins and Christy Jean Anderson, and nephew, Randall Robert Myers, both of Virginia; and very special friends, Mark Genda, Rita Betts, and Cheri Sheldon, all of Frankfort.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Robert Harold Myers.
Visitation will be Sunday, October 22, 2023, from 1 p.m. until the start of the funeral service at 2 p.m. at Day & Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort. Burial will follow in Bunnell Cemetery. Messages of condolence to the family are welcomed at www.dayandgenda.com.
