Thorntown Man Arrested On 2 Counts Of ‘Distribution Of An Intimate Image’

According to reports, a Thorntown man was arrested on two counts of distribution of an intimate image following reports received from several women who accused him of sending intimate videos to others without their permission.

On Dec. 17, Dylan Kinslow, 26, of Thorntown was reportedly arrested on a warrant service where his phone was seized and intimate photographs were discovered. Reports state that the investigation into the situation began in late November when a woman called about her former boyfriend distributing the photos without permission, and investigators reportedly met two other women who experienced the same situation.

According to the reports, the women had made intimate videos with Kinslow while in the relationship, and one woman reported that she had started dating a new man before Kinslow began allegedly threatening her with the release of the videos.

The women reported that Kinslow had promised to delete the videos, but they allegedly had proof to show that he did not uphold that promise, and they further reported that he allegedly distributed the videos to other potential sexual partners.

According to court records, Kinslow is currently facing two counts of distribution of an intimate image, both Class A Misdemeanors, and is being held in the Boone County Jail.

According to court documents, Kinslow had an active warrant out of Clinton County for two counts of theft with a prior conviction for robbery or burglary, level 6 felonies, and two counts of inhaling toxic vapors, misdemeanors.

An initial hearing has been set for tomorrow, Dec. 20 in the Boone Circuit Court.
