The Thorntown Public Library has announced its upcoming Escape Experience where community members can attempt to help a confused librarian find a missing diary within their team.
Seven different teams of four to eight people may sign up for the unique and educational escape experience. Teams will utilize real genealogical materials to help solve the clues to find the diary, and no previous knowledge of genealogy is necessary to complete the experience. The experience is designed for sixth grade youth and up with opportunities for adult enjoyment as well.
Time slots are open for 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. tomorrow, April 4 or 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday, April 5. Registration may be completed at the adult circulation desk.
Those who do not have a pre-planned team may also sign up to join a team that has not reached the 8-person cap.
