Three individuals have filed to be a part of the Mayoral Caucus that will be held on Saturday, February 22, at 10 a.m.
Frankfort Board of Works member Kenny Estes filed his paperwork Tuesday morning with Clinton County Republican Party Chairman Jim Moyer. Estes joins Frankfort City Councilman Eric Woods and Frankfort Clerk-Treasurer Judy Sheets as candidates so far for the mayoral vacancy.
Candidates need to file their declaration no later than February 19, at 10 a.m. The new mayor takes office on Monday, March 2, at noon.
