Three individuals entered pleas of not guilty on various drug charges in Clinton Circuit Court Monday.
Both Scottie Taylor and Benjamin Hemmerling were out on bond for a previous, unrelated drug arrest at the time this new offense occurred.
Taylor is charged with Possession of a Narcotic Drug, a Level 6 Felony; Possession of Methamphetamine, a Level 6 Felony; Possession of a Syringe, a Level 6 Felony; and Possession of Paraphernalia, a Class C Misdemeanor.
Both Hemmerling and Stacie Cooper are charged with Possession of a Narcotic Drug, a Level 6 Felony; Possession of Methamphetamine, a Level 6 Felony; and Possession of Paraphernalia, a Class C Misdemeanor.
Trial date for all three individuals is set for October 9.
