With 15.5 years of experience in the field of education, Hughes is a highly regarded and experienced educator and administrator. Beginning his career as a science teacher for 8 years, he laid a solid foundation for fostering a love for learning and scientific inquiry in countless students. His transition into administration saw him spend 7.5 years contributing to the development and enhancement of educational programs.
