Following a traffic stop, Frankfort Police arrested 55-year-old Roy Ostler II Thursday and charged him with three criminal offenses, including Possession of Methamphetamine, a Level 5 Felony; Maintaining a Common Nuisance, a Level 6 Felony; and Possession of Paraphernalia, a Class C Misdemeanor.
Ostler appeared in Clinton Superior Court Friday and entered a plea of not guilty. His trial is set for January of 2020.
