Two Injured in Tipton County Crash

At approximately 5:47 p.m. Monday, officers from the Indiana State Police and the Tipton County Sheriff’s Department responded to a two-vehicle crash at Tipton County Road 500 South and Tipton County Road 300 West, in which two women were injured.

The preliminary crash investigation by Trooper Matthew Moon revealed that Patricia Hargesheimer, 57, Noblesville, IN was driving a 2010 Lincoln MKZ eastbound on County Road 500 South, approaching County Road 300 West. Hargesheimer allegedly failed to stop for a stop sign at County Road 300 West, and struck a northbound 1997 GMC pickup truck, driven by Ann Lemasters, 54, Atlanta, IN. The crash impact caused the GMC to roll into a field, ejecting Lemasters.

Lemasters was transported to an Indianapolis hospital. At last check she was in critical condition. Hargesheimer was transported to a Tipton hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

This crash is still under investigation.
