Two Inmates, Inmate’s Mother Arrested on Multiple Charges

Two inmates and one inmate’s mother were arrested Thursday, as a result of an investigation into narcotics trafficking at the Clinton County Jail.   Inmates John Henry Scott, 27, and Brad Ray, 28, were arrested for Dealing in Methamphetamine and Trafficking.  Brad Ray’s mother, Pamela Ray, 60, was arrested for Dealing in Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Trafficking.

The arrests come after a week-long investigation.  The Clinton County Prosecutor’s Office will review the case for formal charges. Sheriff Rich Kelly commended his investigators for their persistence, hard work and dedication in keeping the jail safe and drug free.
