Two Kokomo men are under arrest following an investigation into stolen watercraft property dating back to summer of 2016. Indiana Conservation Officers noticed the theft of equipment and sporting goods which occurred over the past two years at Mississinewa Reservoir. Items stolen were mostly fishing tackle and fishing poles. Conservation Officers were able to narrow down a window of time the items were reported stolen and set up surveillance. 35 year old Daniel Huckelby, and 31 year old Dustin Newby, 31, both of Kokomo were taken into custody Tuesday. Both are being charged in Wabash County with 2 counts of Felony Theft and 2 counts of Misdemeanor Theft. The investigation is continuing.
