An undercover drug operation has resulted in the arrest of two Frankfort men. On the evening of February 4, 44-year-old Tommy Webster and 27-year-old Zachary Williams were taken into custody by narcotics detectives. The defendants in each of these cases were under surveillance as they arrived at a local business parking lots and participated in drug deals involving methamphetamine.
Formal charges were filed by the Clinton County Prosecutor’s Office. Webster was charged with Dealing Methamphetamine (enhanced due to prior conviction), Possession of a Narcotic Drug and Possession of Marijuana. He also faces a warrant out of Boone County. Williams was charged with Dealing in Methamphetamine and Possession of a Legend Drug.
