United Way for Clinton County Names New Executive Director

ANITA STEWART

The Board of Directors for the United Way for Clinton County (UW for CC) is excited to announce our new Executive Director, Anita Stewart.  Stewart will lead the charge for improving the Health, Education and Financial Stability for the citizens of Clinton County.

Stewart is a long-time resident of Clinton County and has an incredible passion for helping people.  She is currently an active CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) and has been a foster parent for the last nine years.  She has extensive Board of Directors experience as she has been on several Clinton County not-for-profit boards and has years of experience as a teacher.  Her most recent years have been spent as a Human Resource Manager at businesses in the industrial park in Frankfort/Clinton County.  Prior to that she worked for the Clinton County Chamber of Commerce.  All of these experiences along with her passion for the people in our community make Anita incredibly qualified for this UW for CC Executive Director position.

Stewart begins her new role on August 19 and will partner with Tina Fish, our Assistant Executive Director to make an outstanding United Way for Clinton County team.   She will be meeting with each of the 13 Partner Agencies that receive funding from the UW for CC as a part of her onboarding and reaching out to several others in the community that are dedicated to the charge for improving the Health, Education and Financial Stability for the people in Clinton County.

The 2019 Pacesetter Campaign begins on August 19 followed by the full Campaign on September 12 running through December 6. Please look forward, as we are, to partnering with Stewart to positively impact Clinton County, making a great place to live and work, even better!
