Clinton County is waking up to windchill temperatures of -45 degrees this morning triggering school and business closures throughout the area.
20 mile per hour Northwest winds gusting to over 30 miles per hour add to the frigid conditions. After this morning, the temps will be on a steady climb toward a weekend high of about +40 degrees by sunset Saturday.
