Washington Avenue Has Been Reopened

Clinton County Central Dispatch has announced that the Frankfort Sewer Department, which had Washington Avenue closed between Catterlin Street and Williams Street, has reopened the street as of 2:40 p.m. It was originally scheduled to be closed for all of Thursday afternoon.
