Water Works Will Have South Columbia Street Closed on Friday

Clinton County Central Dispatch has announced that Frankfort Water Works will have South Columbia Street closed from White Street to Freeman for the next three to four hours. That means the street should be reopened by 2 p.m. Friday afternoon.
