Wesley Manor Retirement Community welcomed nearly 1,000 community members to its annual Trunk or Treat event on Tuesday, October 27, 2026. With beautiful weather, festive decorations, and plenty of Halloween spirit, the evening brought together local families, residents, and staff for a fun-filled celebration.
The event featured 26 creatively decorated trunks handing out candy to children, along with a visit from the local fire department bringing a fire truck and joined in the festivities.
Nearly 30 Wesley Manor residents participated by handing out treats and enjoying the creative costumes, creating special moments and connections across generations.
DJ kept the celebration lively with festive music, while attendees enjoyed food from two local food trucks, American Porkers and Mamaw’s Dog’z.
The event was coordinated by Melissa Robertson, Life Enrichment Director at Wesley Manor, with support from staff throughout the community. Wesley Manor extends its appreciation to everyone who attended and helped make this year’s event a success, including the local fire department, food trucks, and volunteers
