Whitestown Farmers Market Continues Thursday Alongside The Food Drive

Despite the Town of Whitestown fogging Main Street Park overnight on Thursday, July 18, the Whitestown Farmers Market will still kick off from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. for the community to enjoy.

The Whitestown Parks and Recreation Department has announced that since the Thursday, July 11 Farmers Market was cancelled due to impending weather, the upcoming Farmers Market on Thursday, July 18 will be accompanied by the food drive instead.

The Whitestown Farmers Market, presented by Centier Bank, kicked off on June 13 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Main Street Park at 4286 S. Main St. in Whitestown with a variety of local products and food for visitors to select, and the market continues Thursday, July 18. Every market held throughout the summer will feature live music and access to the park’s amenities. Themed nights will be announced for different markets as the dates draw closer.

“The Whitestown Farmers Market is delighted to serve Whitestown residents and guests and surrounding counties,” the organizers released. “Each vendor is carefully screened to ensure that the highest quality locally produced products are supplied.”

The Whitestown Farmers Market will continue every Thursday throughout the summer through Aug. 29.
