The Whitestown Metropolitan Police Department hosted the FBI-LEEDA Command Leadership Institute course as well as having three of its members attend the course.
Throughout the course, the students engaged in such topics as credibility, command discipline and liability, dealing with problem employees and leading change within an organization. The program’s focus is to provide real life contemporary, best-practice strategies and techniques for those aspiring to command level assignments.
“We are very thankful to have partnered with FBI-LEEDA to host this course and are excited to host the Supervisor Leadership Institute and Executive Leadership Institute courses later this year,” the department released.
