The Town of Whitestown and Zionsville will face off in a friendly competition at the 2024 Town Showdown tomorrow.
The towns announced that the event will take place as a conclusion of Zionsville’s Trailfest as members of both communities will be invited to showcase their town spirit by riding on the Big 4 to Heritage Trail Park at 4050 S. 875 E. In Zionsville. The event will kick off on tomorrow, Friday, May 17 from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. as community members ride as a team to Heritage Trail Park.
During the event, E-Boom will be available for basic bike services, and every participant is encouraged to set out on the trail by 6:30 p.m. for the event. A community count will take place at Heritage from 7 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. to determine the winning town that sported the most representation.
The event will also see food trucks and yard games for public enjoyment at Heritage, and the Zionsville dog park will be open for members to utilize. For those wishing to utilize the dog park tomorrow, registration is required prior to the event on Zionsville-in.gov.
Whitestown residents are encouraged to wear blue for the event to spread their town pride for the showdown while Zionsville residents are encouraged to wear green to showcase their Z-Town pride.
