William C. “Bill” Ross, 67, of Frankfort, died April 27, 2019 at his home. He was born December 26, 1951 in Clinton County, Ind., to Charlie & Phyllis (Price) Ross. He married Melanie Lousie Linn on January 28, 1973 and she preceded him in death in 1998.
He was a 1972 graduate of Frankfort High School. A lifelong Clinton County resident except for living in Callao, MO from 2011-2015. Bill had worked at Wall Electric and Federal Mogul from 1972-1993. He enjo
yed, working on Volkswagen Beetles and spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by: 4 Sons: Jason (Brandy) Ross of Forest, Justin (Tonja Stokes) Ross of Indianapolis, Jerad (Alecia) Ross of Roundhead, OH, Jordon Ross of Frankfort, 3 Brothers: Ron Ross of Yuma, AZ, John Ross of Frankfort, Mark (Jean) Ross of Russiaville, Sister: Jacque Hoskins of Frankfort, Grandchildren; Jacob Ross, Brynn Ross, Loren Ross, Sydney Ross, Kailinn Ross, Nathan Stokes-Ross, Jozlynn Ross, Jazmynn Ross, Miguel Jordan and Melanie Ross. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a brother, Phil Ross.
