William R. “Bill” Brown, 66, of Frankfort, Ind., died October 11, 2021 at IU Health Arnett Hospital in Lafayette. He was born on July 22, 1955 in Lafayette to James P. and Mary K. (Stinson) Brown. He married Brenda Shaw on February 10, 1978 in Lafayette and she preceded him in death on April 13, 2011.
Bill was a lifelong Clint
on County resident and 1974 graduate of Rossville High School. He worked for Exide Battery for 19 years and Hendrickson for 15 years. He enjoyed working on cars, watching NASCAR and loved spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by a son: William J. (Amy) Brown of Cutler, daughter: Nikisha A. Jacobs of Frankfort, grandchildren: Greyson, Willow, and Zaydin Jacobs all of Frankfort, sister: Kimberly Riggs of Frankfort, brothers: Patrick Brown of Colfax and Michael Cooper of Frankfort. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife: Brenda, brother: Randy Brown, and sister: Glenda Perry.

Memorial visitation will be 12 Noon-2 p.m. Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort.
