Winners of the Window painting contest have been announced in Downtown Frankfort. 1st place was Gem City Cafe, artist Ricardo Cortez. 2nd place was Pepe’s, artist Leah Kallner and 3rd place was Center Township, artist Shawn Chambers. Organizers say this was extremely difficult judging. All artist were excellent and are an inspiration to many…young and old!
