WINTER STORM WARNING CANCELLED
Carroll and Clinton Counties remains in a Travel Advisory under the Indiana Department of Homeland Security travel status system.
The National Weather Service has cancelled the Winter Storm Warning for our area. The mix of rain and snow has ended and no additional accumulation is expected.
However, temperatures have dropped below freezing, and slick spots are possible, especially on bridges, overpasses, and untreated roads early this morning.
A Travel Advisory means you should use caution, avoid unnecessary travel, and be aware of changing road conditions.
