The Witham Health Services Foundation reportedly received a generous contribution from a patient and their family through the Grateful Patient Program in honor of and appreciation for Dr. Hagop Ghareebian in gratitude for diagnosing two chronic diseases and implementing exceptional and lifesaving medical care.
Ghareebian is a board-certified endocrinologist at Witham Health Services, having studied at the University of Mosul College of Medicine, conducting his residency at McLaren Health Care in Flint, Michigan, before completing his fellowship at the Indiana University School of Medicine. Witham Health Services Foundation Manager Cari Ann Guenther commented about the honor that Ghareebian received.
“Our Grateful Patient program gives patients the opportunity to say ‘thank you’ to their caregivers who have enriched their lives,” Guenther said. “The Witham Health Services Foundation is deeply thankful for the generosity of this patient. We are honored to recognize Dr. Ghareebian for the outstanding care he provides to his patients.”
Through the fund development at the foundation, ambassadorship and education, the foundation strives to assist Witham in meeting its strategic goals, and donations in honor of staff that excel in their profession is one of many avenues that the foundation continues developing its funding for the initiatives.
