“The Witham Volunteer Organization offers these scholarships annually to support and encourage students as they take the next step in their educational journey,” said Amy Mitchell, Director of Volunteer Services. “Through a variety of fundraisers held throughout the year, the Witham Volunteer Organization is able to raise both awareness and financial support for this important program. We could not offer this program without the continued support of our staff and community at large. It is our absolute pleasure to be able to continue to support the students of Boone County in this way each year.”

Scholarship applications and additional information for the Volunteer Organization scholarships are available through each high school’s guidance counselor’s office. Completed applications must be submitted to the applicant’s guidance counselor’s office by March 6.
