No injuries were reported late Thursday afternoon when a car caught fire in the Frankfort High School parking lot.
Around 4:45 p.m., Battalion 1 and Engine 1 were dispatched to a car in the FHS parking lot. Upon arrival, fire was in the engine compartment. It broke through the vehicles’ fire wall and scorched the dashboard and front seats. Firefighters were able to quickly extinguish the fire.
