Residents can exercise their bodies along with their voices at the Police Department’s next community meeting Thursday, August 30 at 6 p.m. during the Walk Against Drugs and Crime.
Everyone in the community – residents, City officials, clergy and police officers – are invited and encouraged to participate in the walk that begins at the Frankfort Neighborhood Center, located at 259 S Third Street. The walk will be less than a mile in length.
The event will be cancelled if there is bad weather that evening. Stay tuned for updates on the Police Department’s Facebook page and Twitter regarding a weather cancellation.
