Indiana State Police are seeking the public’s assistance in solving a hit and run case that took the lives of two men On U.S. 35 south of Walton, IN. Investigators have determined that there were multiple vehicles that drove south bound on US. 35, near Cass County Road 800 South, between 6:20 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on November 27, 2018. It is believed that is the time frame in which Zachary Wines, 26, Walton, and Bryan Curry, 52, Valparaiso, were allegedly struck and killed by a passing vehicle.
Indiana State Police detectives are asking for information from the public.
