The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has issued a Winter Storm Warning for Clinton County from midnight tonight to 7 a.m. Sunday. Confidence is high for the first significant snowfall of the season across Central Indiana. Snow will begin late tonight and continue through the day on Saturday before ending on late Saturday night. Snowfall amount of 4 to 7 inches will be possible across Central Indiana with the highest amounts mainly south of I-70.
Besides Clinton, other affected areas include Boone, Carroll, Delaware, Fountain, Hamilton, Henry, Howard, Madison, Montgomery, Randolph, Tippecanoe, Tipton and Warren.
A Winter Storm Warning for snow means winter weather conditions will make travel very hazardous or impossible.
